CBS Real Estate Academy is a four-week training program aimed at equipping selected, ambitious students with foundational skills in real estate investment and management. Through a series of hands-on workshops and practical exercises, participants will engage directly with industry experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector and investment transactions. The program culminates in a final case exercise based on a recent case from one of our partners, allowing students to apply their learning in a real-world context, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice.
The Academy offers a unique opportunity to understand the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction – from underwriting and due diligence to asset management and deal-making.
In collaboration with industry experts, this intensive 4-week program culminates in a case competition centered on a real transaction from our case partner, providing hands-on experience to prepare you for the next step in your career.

The Real Estate Academy will be held in February with a final case at the end of February.
Students enrolled in higher educational programs from any educational institution are welcome. Previous real estate experience is not a requirement.

The Real Estate Academy offers a unique opportunity for 50 motivated students to dive into the world of real estate. Selection will be based on motivational applications, opening in November.
Participants will work in teams of four with teams constructed based on educational background and level of education. If you have a preferred partner, you may apply with a ‘best buddy’ to enhance your experience!
