CBS Real Estate Academy is a three-week training program aimed at equipping selected, ambitious students with foundational skills in real estate investment and management. Through a series of hands-on workshops and practical exercises, participants will engage directly with industry experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector and investment transactions. The program culminates in a final case exercise based on a recent case from one of our partners, allowing students to apply their learning in a real-world context, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry practice.
The Academy offers a unique opportunity to understand the full lifecycle of a real estate transaction – from underwriting and due diligence to asset management and deal-making.
In collaboration with industry experts, this intensive 4-week program culminates in a case competition centered on a real transaction from our case partner, providing hands-on experience to prepare you for the next step in your career.

The Real Estate Academy will be held in February with a final case at the end of February.
Students enrolled in a danish higher educational programs from any educational institution are welcome. Previous real estate experience is not a requirement.
The Real Estate Academy offers a unique opportunity for 50 motivated students to dive into the world of real estate. Selection will be based on motivational applications, opening in November.
